    To qualify for this role, candidates must have the following:

    Experience and Skills

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or a similar role is required.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint Online.
    • Prior experience in a retail or contact center environment is advantageous.

    Work Schedule

    The role follows a 45-hour work week, scheduled according to a weekly roster. Shifts can fall on any day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, ensuring compliance with South African labor legislation.
