Duties and Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar Management: Handling scheduling and calendar management tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors and managing the front desk, serving as the first line of contact for internal and external parties.
  • Pre-store Opening Tasks: Performing tasks required before store opening.
  • Report Compilation: Compiling and preparing reports as needed.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Inventory Management: Managing and ordering office supplies inventory.
  • Adhoc Duties: Performing any additional duties as required.


To be successful in this role, you should possess:
