- Certifications: Agile Project Management Certification is essential. PMP Certification is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBoK, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Projects). Strong in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
