  • Education: Minimum of a 3-year Degree/Diploma or NQF 6 equivalent in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years in Project Management with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Certifications: Agile Project Management Certification is essential. PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBoK, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Projects). Strong in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the South African medical scheme industry is beneficial.
