  • Ability to engage effectively with people.
  • Clear understanding of personal aspirations, ambition, and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Detailed knowledge of bank branch environments.
  • Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s products and internal business processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
