Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited secretarial diploma and/or administrative qualification at NQF level 5 or higher.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing support services to management/senior management.

Key Performance Areas
- Correspondence Support: Manage the flow of information and documentation within the CFO’s office.
- Diary Management: Organize and manage the CFO’s diary to ensure effective time management.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including logistical arrangements and secretarial services for meetings.
- Budget Administration: Oversee the office budget and ensure proper records management.
- Document Management: Draft and consolidate documents, maintaining the required registers.
- Policy and Regulation Compliance: Study and ensure compliance with Public Service and Departmental prescripts, policies, and applicable laws.
Competencies
- Knowledge: Financial management, information systems (LOGIS and BAS), reporting procedures, supply chain management, and relevant financial legislation (PFMA and Treasury Regulations).
- Skills: Analytical thinking, planning and organizing, multi-tasking, computer literacy (including Microsoft 365), interpreting regulations, interpersonal relations, and emotional intelligence.
Remuneration
- Salary: R 308,154 per annum (Salary level 7)
