Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Preferably having experience in a customer-facing role within retail or FMCG store operations.

Job Description
- Operational Efficiency at POS: Execute all activities at the point of sale efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Accuracy in Transactions: Maintain meticulous accuracy in scanning merchandise and processing payments, including managing Clubcard rewards.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash with utmost security to prevent discrepancies and losses.
- Clubcard Promotion: Actively engage customers about Clicks’ Clubcard, encouraging new sign-ups to achieve participation goals.
- Promotion Awareness: Inform customers of current promotions to enhance sales and improve the shopping experience.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, acting as a brand ambassador with visible, friendly, and professional interactions.
- Merchandising and Housekeeping: Perform merchandising and general housekeeping duties effectively, maintaining store and visual standards.
- Support Company Mission: Support the Group’s mission to be the preferred health and beauty retailer by promoting company values and staying informed about products, promotions, and events.

- Basic Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately, essential for handling transactions and inventory.
