    2. Payment Follow-ups:
      • Tracking and confirming payments made by debt counsellors and administrators.
      • Keeping accurate records of payment statuses and providing updates as required.
    3. Administrative Duties:
      • Handling data capturing and drafting essential documents such as:
        • Certificates of balances
        • Acceptance letters
        • Paid-up letters
        • Termination letters
        • Reconciliation statements
      • Managing debit order cancellations, refunds, and applications for debt review or administration.
    4. System Management:
      • Maintaining and updating accounts on systems like Excalibur and Delfin.
      • Ensuring all account records are accurate and up to date.
    5. Communication and Coordination:
      • Engaging with colleagues and stakeholders respectfully and effectively through phone and written communication.
      • Maintaining professionalism and empathy during all interactions.

    Qualifications and Experience

    The position requires a minimum of a matric qualification. While no formal tertiary education is necessary, the ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, enabling them to perform the administrative tasks effectively.
