About the Role: Debt Collection Agent
As a Debt Collection Agent at Cartrack, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the recovery of outstanding payments from debtors. The role involves communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating repayment plans, and working closely with various departments to secure settlements. Key Responsibilities
As a Debt Collection Agent, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks that contribute to effective debt recovery efforts:

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Debt Collection Agent position, you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 1 year of debt collection experience: Previous experience in debt collection is required. You should have a proven track record of handling debt recovery efficiently and successfully.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal communication skills, as your role will involve negotiating and discussing payment plans over the phone with debtors.
