The JD Home Stores Learnership is a 12-month learnership program offered by JD Group in partnership with the Wholesale & Retail SETA. This learnership invites people who are interested in applying for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership.
These individuals will play an exciting role in growing their career in the JD Group (Bradlows, Russells, Rochester and Sleepmasters).

- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Nationwide, across all 9 provinces
- Focus Areas: Customer service, marketing, merchandise maintenance, basic English and math fundamentals, transaction processing, and stock control.
Eligibility:
- You must have a Senior Certificate (Matric or equivalent qualification)
- Be a South African citizen with no criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customer on the shop floor (Customer service)
- Marketing and Merchandise and maintain displays
- English language fundamentals
- Math fundamentals
- Recording transactions and processing payment on the POS System
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
- Opening new accounts
- Maintaining and controlling stock losses
