- 12 months as an Account Manager – A deep dive into customer interactions, products, services, and software.
- 3 months on an operational market organization project – Involvement in real-world business processes.
- 6 months on a strategic regional project – Developing leadership skills in a regional setting.
- 3 months on an international project outside the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region – A cross-border experience to enhance global exposure.

The program structure offers two options:
Finance Track – Option 1
- 3–6 months in Accounting & Shared Services
- 6–9 months in Controlling & Reporting
- 3 months in Credit & Collection
- 3 months in a Finance Project
- 6 months in an international finance project

- 12 months as an Account Manager – Understanding business operations.
