    • Performing general gardening tasks such as mowing and trimming grass, pruning trees and shrubs, planting new trees and flower beds, and controlling weeds.
    • Maintaining sports pitches by rolling and marking them to ensure they are in good condition for use.
    • Ensuring the swimming pool and surrounding areas remain clean and well-kept.
    • Managing litter and refuse collection, ensuring that the school grounds are free from debris.
    • Cleaning gutters, drains, and paved areas to prevent blockages and maintain proper drainage.
    • Operating various gardening equipment and machinery such as mowers, brush cutters, trimmers, and other necessary tools.
    • Conducting basic upkeep and maintenance of mechanical gardening machinery to ensure longevity and efficiency.
    • Working alongside the grounds staff to support the effective maintenance of the school premises.

    Minimum Requirements

    Candidates interested in the role must meet certain qualifications and criteria to be considered. The school seeks individuals who:

    • Possess a valid police clearance certificate or proof that an application has been submitted.
    • Have experience and a high level of expertise in gardening and garden maintenance.
