In-Service Trainee Programme Objectives
CCBSA has an opportunity for suitable students to gain on-the-job experience as Quality Assurance In-Service Trainees for a period of 12 months. These positions will report to a Team Leader. The primary goal is to ensure the quality of the product and packaging aligns with company standards while minimizing costs and maintaining records for audit purposes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
As an In-Service Trainee in Quality Assurance, your key duties will include:
- Conducting Quality Tests: Perform various quality tests to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Compiling Reports: Document and report findings from quality tests.
- Communicating Out-of-Line Specifications: Report any deviations from quality standards to ensure timely corrective actions.

Requirements
- Currently studying towards a degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related qualification.
- Completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete the qualification.
- Understanding of microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and mathematics related to the food industry.
