    Requirements

    Candidates must possess:

    • A qualification in Public Management, Public Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, or Administration at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
    • Experience gained through the Department of Home Affairs Cadet or Internship program is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of civic service regulatory frameworks, public service legislation, fraud prevention, and Batho Pele Principles.

    Applicants should demonstrate:

    • Proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict management.
    • Computer literacy and professionalism.

    Duties

    Selected candidates will be responsible for:

    • Processing civic service applications and issuing secure enabling documents such as birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates, travel documents, and passports.
    • Providing administrative support, attending to public inquiries, and conducting online verifications.
    • Transforming local offices into digitally oriented operations while maintaining governance processes.
    • Ensuring efficient resource management and delivering exceptional customer service.
