The Role: Sales & Marketing Internship
The Sales & Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Marketing team to achieve its overall targets. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will gain invaluable experience by working on various projects, assisting with administrative tasks, and collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
- Assisting with all administration-related tasks within the Sales & Marketing team.
- Supporting the accounting process, including handling purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team and managing admin-related sales requests.
Customer Service
- Partnering with the team to ensure client satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Engaging with vendors, suppliers, and gift providers to secure the best options.
Event Planning
- Assisting in the planning and execution of hotel events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and align with Accor’s high standards.
Learning and Growth
- Taking responsibility for personal learning and development, using feedback from guests and colleagues to innovate and improve services.
- Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
