Main Responsibilities
The WIL Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring seamless student work placements and managing stakeholder relationships. Key duties include:
- Recruitment, induction, and work readiness training for students.
- Monitoring student placements and reporting to SETAs.
- Maintaining and managing graduate and stakeholder databases.
- Tracking graduates and organizing stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Supporting the Placement Officer in managing SETA projects and related activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: National Diploma in Management Assistant or Public Management.
- Experience:
- 2 years of administration experience.
