    Main Responsibilities

    The WIL Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring seamless student work placements and managing stakeholder relationships. Key duties include:

    • Recruitment, induction, and work readiness training for students.
    • Monitoring student placements and reporting to SETAs.
    • Maintaining and managing graduate and stakeholder databases.
    • Tracking graduates and organizing stakeholder engagement sessions.
    • Supporting the Placement Officer in managing SETA projects and related activities.

    Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: National Diploma in Management Assistant or Public Management.
