Key Responsibilities of the HR Internship
The Sasol HR Internship programme is structured to provide a wide range of learning opportunities. As an intern, your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and Scheduling
You will assist in the planning, scheduling, and managing the bookings for internal and external courses and training events. This will involve coordinating the logistics of training sessions to ensure smooth execution. - Document Control and Record-Keeping
You will be responsible for managing training documentation. This includes capturing training history, maintaining and archiving training records, and ensuring proper filing systems are followed according to agreed company processes. - Stakeholder Engagement and Support
