Key Responsibilities
Customer Guidance
- Offer expert advice to customers, guiding them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Order Fulfillment
- Ensure the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
- Manage in-store payments and ensure timely, seamless delivery of orders.
- Engage with customers promptly to resolve complaints or requests effectively.
Product Management
- Maintain awareness of current product offerings and inventory levels to assist customers effectively.
- Advise customers on alternative products when necessary, and communicate any product issues to management.
Operational Support
- Assist with order selection, packaging, and loading as needed.
- Collaborate with different store departments to improve overall service delivery.
Team Collaboration
- Follow directives from supervisors and collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrate OneCart’s values in all customer interactions and work towards continuously enhancing service standards.

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification: Minimum Matric certificate.
Work Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
