Key Competency Requirements and Experience
Candidates applying for this position must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Licensing Requirements: A valid driver’s license for both codes A (motorcycle) and B (light motor vehicle).
- Experience:
- At least two years of experience in courier services.
- Proficiency in handling both motorcycles and vehicles.
- Previous experience in the medical or pathology field would be an added advantage.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong computer literacy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team.
- High initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and adaptable work style.
- Attention to detail with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Fluency in English, with a basic understanding of Afrikaans.
- Work Conditions:
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have a track record of reliable performance in both technical and behavioral competencies.
