Key Responsibilities
The Multimedia Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and creating engaging, visually appealing digital assets that enhance Coricraft’s online and offline presence. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Website Design & User Experience (UX):
- Developing and designing website layouts that reflect the brand’s identity and improve user experience (UX).
- Ensuring the website is optimized for various devices and platforms, maintaining a mobile-first design approach.
- Implementing responsive design principles to enhance accessibility across different screen sizes.
- Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Creating visually compelling email templates and campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and conversions.
- Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure email campaigns align with Coricraft’s brand strategy and objectives.
- Digital Asset Creation for Multiple Channels:
- Designing and optimizing digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
- Ensuring digital assets are aligned with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration & Design Execution:
- Working closely with merchandising teams to design digital assets that align with in-store campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conceptualizing and producing fresh, engaging digital content to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Integration of Design Trends & Best Practices:
- Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, UX/UI best practices, and new technologies to continually improve the brand’s online presence.
- In-store Collateral Design:
- Assisting with the creation of in-store collateral, including digital catalog layouts, ensuring seamless integration with the online experience.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal Multimedia Graphic Designer will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on digital design and UX (experience in a retail environment is advantageous).
- A 3-year qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and web design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for designing web pages and email templates.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools for email design and testing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work in website design, UX design, and email campaigns.
