About the Learnership Programme
Learnerships at Tronox KZN Sands are designed to provide participants with industry-specific training, equipping them with valuable skills and knowledge that will enhance their employability. The programme is focused on three main disciplines:
- Mineral Processing Level 2 (8 positions)
- Laboratory Learnership (8 positions)
- Metal Production (8 positions)

Who Can Apply?
Tronox KZN Sands is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirements:
- Grade 12 or N3 qualification with Pure Mathematics and Physical Science (an advantage).
- Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license (advantageous).
- South African citizenship.
- Proof of residence from the Tribal Council (TC), if applicable.
Preference will be given to applicants from designated Tribal Councils and Municipalities, ensuring that local communities benefit from the programme.
