    Key Responsibilities

    The HR Coordinator will have a diverse and dynamic role, with responsibilities that span across strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder coordination. Here are the key responsibilities for the role:

    2. Coordination of Culture Initiatives: The role will involve planning, implementing, and reporting on the annual Ackermans Culture plan.     3. Budget Management: The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the budget allocated to employer brand and culture initiatives. This includes providing input into budget planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring effective use of allocated resources for various HR campaigns.
    4. Project and Stakeholder Management: An essential part of the role is the coordination and management of projects related to recruitment, employer branding, and organisational culture. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders to implement these initiatives and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
    5. External Relations and Vendor Management: Managing relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other suppliers is another key responsibility.
