    Minimum Requirements

    • Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience teaching English to grades 7-9.

      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
      • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills. Strong ability to assess and monitor student performance effectively.
      • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning. Ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying academic abilities.
      • Knowledge of current trends in educational theory, including differentiated instruction and formative assessment.
      • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment. High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to the values and culture of the school.
      • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
      • Problem-solving abilities to handle student challenges and create solutions to enhance learning outcomes.
