Minimum Requirements

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills. Strong ability to assess and monitor student performance effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning. Ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying academic abilities.
- Knowledge of current trends in educational theory, including differentiated instruction and formative assessment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment. High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to the values and culture of the school.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle student challenges and create solutions to enhance learning outcomes.
