Your Responsibilities
As part of the Sustainability team, you’ll focus on:
- Environmental Sustainability: Help implement initiatives to reduce FUCHS’ ecological footprint.
- Empowerment Initiatives: Contribute to socio-economic development, enterprise and supplier development, and skills development projects.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records, compile detailed reports, and ensure accurate information management.
- Audits and Compliance: Conduct assurance audits and respond to sustainability-related queries.
- Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and managing sustainability programs effectively.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A degree in Social Sciences, Commerce, or Engineering.
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Up to two years’ relevant work experience (preferred but not mandatory).
