Duties & Responsibilities
Client Services
- Handling client calls and emails regarding unit trusts, retirement, and life product queries.
- Providing investment information to clients and advisors.
- Maintaining accurate client data and following up on correspondence.
- Managing relationships with financial advisors.
- Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
- Handling complaints and ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Updating information in Coronation’s CRM system.
Validations
- Processing advisor applications for retirement and unit trust products.
- Ensuring compliance with FICA & FAIS regulations.

Tax Operations
- Reviewing custodian tax reports and dashboards.
- Assisting in tax reclaim processes.
