The role of Call Centre Agent in Credit Vetting Operations is designed for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for processing complex customer requests. As part of the team, you will play a key role in managing customer acquisition workflows, particularly credit vetting, activations, and transfer of ownership. Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Agent in the Customer Acquisition team, you will be expected to:
- Credit Vetting and Assessment: Perform detailed and accurate assessments of credit vetting requests, ensuring compliance with Vodacom’s policies and guidelines.
- Customer Credit Applications: Process manual credit applications to improve Vodacom’s market share while maintaining an acceptable level of bad debt.
- Verification and Validation: Confirm, verify, and validate customer information and contractual details before activating post-paid services on Vodacom’s billing system.
- Subscriber Activation: Timely create and activate customer requests for GSM and non-GSM services.
- Transfer of Ownership: Process requests related to the transfer of ownership for subscriber services, ensuring seamless transitions in the Vodacom billing system.
- Telephonic Support: Provide expert telephonic support to trade partners and customers regarding credit vetting, activations, and transfer of ownership requests.
- Query Resolution: Resolve queries from trade partners and customers related to credit vetting, transfer of ownership, activation failures, and other escalated concerns.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear explanations to customers and trade partners about the status and outcome of their requests, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Quality and Service Levels: Achieve and maintain service levels, ensuring quality, professionalism, and product knowledge are consistently delivered.
