Roles and Responsibilities
As an intern in the Analytical Services division, you will be responsible for:
Soil Preparation, Storage, and Analysis
You will assist in preparing soil samples, storing them correctly, and conducting laboratory tests to determine their chemical and physical properties.
Designing and Maintaining Soil Data Systems
Interns will work on soil data management, helping create and update databases for accurate record-keeping.
Computerised Data Extraction and Analysis
You will use programming and statistical models to analyse soil data, extract insights, and organise the data in readable formats for further research.
Data Mining and Reorganisation
Your work will involve collecting data from primary and secondary sources, reorganising it into structured formats to improve research efficiency.
Laboratory Operations and Soil Archiving
Interns will gain experience in running laboratory equipment, handling soil archives, and ensuring data accuracy for research purposes.
Eligibility Requirements
