    • Employee Clock Management: Issue clock numbers to new employees on their first day to enable access to the timekeeping system.
    • System Integration: Add new employees to the clock machine and Viper system, ensuring seamless integration for attendance tracking.
    • Internal Communication: Notify relevant parties such as the store manager, regional manager, and trainers about new employee clock numbers to ensure smooth onboarding.
    • Data Downloading: Regularly download clock data from stores and monitor it for accuracy.
    • Attendance Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring of employee attendance, ensuring all records are up to date and correct.
    • Reporting Absenteeism and Lateness: Report any absenteeism, tardiness, or late arrivals to the Payroll Manager for further action.
    • Roster Updates: Maintain and update store shift rosters as required to meet operational needs.

    2. Clock System Management

    • System Maintenance: Regularly report any issues with malfunctioning clock machines to the IT department for timely resolution.
    • Database Accuracy: Ensure that the clock system database is consistently updated and maintained to guarantee the system’s functionality and the integrity of the data.

    3. Human Capital Management and Development

    • Quality and Productivity Standards: Maintain high personal quality and productivity standards, contributing to a well-functioning team.
