  • Assisting with Travel Arrangements: Help organize travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, cars, and accommodations as needed. Provide support in preparing travel itineraries and processing expense submissions related to business trips.
  • Keeping Accurate Records of Office Expenses and Costs: Maintain detailed records of expenditures relating to office management, including invoices and receipts. Ensure that all financial records are accurate and properly filed for easy accessibility and tracking.
