Duties & Responsibilities
The programme follows a work-based learning approach, ensuring that candidates are fully immersed in the Standard Profil Group’s production environment. Eligibility & Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Have Grade 12 (Matric) or a 3-year post-matric qualification
- Be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Be able to work shifts and overtime if required
- Reside within 15 km of Parow Industria, Cape Town
- Have no criminal record
- Not be permanently employed, enrolled in another tertiary institution, or part of any other leadership programme
Although not mandatory, previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
