Salary and Benefits

All these general worker vacancies come with a competitive salary of R 147 036 per annum (Salary Level 03), along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development within the KZN Department of Transport.


  • NQF Level 1 or 2 (ABET Level 2 Certificate or equivalent)
  • Essential skills include job knowledge, communication, interpersonal relations, flexibility, teamwork, accuracy, an aptitude for figures, computer literacy, along with planning and organizing capabilities. Good verbal and written communication skills are critical.
