    Areas of Responsibility

    As a Service Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Handling multiple telephonic queries from investors, brokers, and franchises.
    • Resolving queries with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
    • Logging all interactions accurately.
    • Ensuring all queries are resolved according to Discovery standards.
    • Providing updates to callers regarding the progress of their requests.
    • Performing administrative tasks such as keeping detailed records of all queries.
    • Routing queries to the correct departments for resolution.
    • Utilizing various Discovery systems to manage calls and correspondence.

    Requirements

    • Matric is essential.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ Call Centre experience.
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
    • Experience working within a LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) environment would be advantageous.
    • A related BComm degree is also advantageous.
    • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
    • Basic mathematical skills are required, with broker knowledge being beneficial.
