    As a Sales Assistant at Crocs, your primary duties will focus on customer service, sales, inventory management, and store operations. Below are the main areas of responsibility:

    • Greet and acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds of entry.
    • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
    • Understand customer needs and use technical knowledge to suggest the right products.

    2. Inventory Management

    • Replenish stock, including footwear, apparel, and accessories, daily.

    • Assist with the receipt of deliveries, verifying quantities, and tagging products.
    • Process customer orders promptly.

    3. Daily Operations

    • Maintain cleanliness in the store by dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, and tidying up change rooms and counters.
    • Assist the store manager with opening and closing the store.

    4. Training and Development

    • Take charge of your own training and development.
    • Engage with a mentor or buddy to learn the ropes during your first few weeks.
    • Attend quarterly training sessions and assessments to enhance your skills.
    • Regularly meet with your store manager to review your progress and complete the Hey Dude Rookie Pack, which is essential for potential promotions.

    5. Merchandising

    • Maintain product displays according to store standards.
    • Ensure that all sizes are fully stocked.
    • Assist in changing store windows and mannequins every two weeks.
    • Store and protect POS materials to avoid damage.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:

    • Educational Requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
    • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Product Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge of Crocs products is advantageous.
