Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Management cost control initiatives.
  • Assist with monthly Financial Reporting:
    • Posting and reviewing journals on SAP accounting system.
    • Reporting financial results using the VGCS system.
    • Conducting detailed financial analyses against Planned/Budget figures.
    • Preparing and presenting results to the Business Control Global Team.
  • Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Support equipment investment management processes.
  • Contribute to Cost Deployment activities aimed at reducing waste, costs, and increasing productivity.
  • Assist with various other Finance-related tasks as assigned.
  • Compile freight cost reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in cost analyses.
  • Arrange for freight payments and manage the procurement process, including creating purchase orders and ensuring delivery of goods.
  • Manage spend and usage of miscellaneous items as required.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by the Service Market Logistics Team.


  • Diploma/Degree in Finance or related field.
