    What You Will Do in the Finance Internship

    As a Finance Intern, you will report to the Business Control/IT Manager and gain exposure to various areas within our Accounts team, including:

    • Accounts Payable: Coordinating the end-to-end process with Logistics, AP Team, and suppliers.
    • Master Data Management: Executing master data updates in GL and Accounts Payable.
    • Payment Coordination: Managing one-off payment processes.
    • Training Assessments: Processing and capturing training assessments (AMIC).
    • Rebate Register Maintenance: Coordinating non-conforming activities and processes.
    • Project Participation: Participating or managing projects within the master finance area to improve financial governance standards and financial control performance.
    • Support VPS: Coordinating actions for Cost Deployment.
    • Purchase Order Creation: Creating purchase orders (P+).
    • Statistics and Reporting: Delivering statistics and reports to authorities or related parties.
    • Period End Closing: Managing period-end closing schedules and coordinating with all stakeholders.
    • Audit Preparation: Preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
    • Internal Control Compliance: Ensuring fulfillment of internal control requirements.
    • Process Standardization: Preparing and updating work instructions, forms, and spreadsheets for accounting personnel and actively participating in process standardization.

    Qualifications & Job Experience

    To be eligible for the Finance Internship, candidates must have completed a B Com Accounting degree or equivalent. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate:
