Key Responsibilities

As a VIP Security Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff at Hollywoodbets. Your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough perimeter patrols before the branch opens.
• Monitoring premises using surveillance equipment.
• Patrolling activities to detect and prevent loss, theft, or suspicious activities.
• Conducting searches at the branch entrance to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the premises.
• Implementing access control and traffic management within the branch.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:
   • VIP Security Officers are the first point of contact for guests at Hollywoodbets.
   • Ensuring a positive guest experience by greeting guests warmly and offering assistance when needed.
   • Handling guest complaints or feedback effectively and courteously.
2. Compliance:
   • Adhering to the Hollywoodbets code of conduct.
   • Ensuring all persons entering the premises, including staff, are properly scanned.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate.
• Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).
• At least 1 year of experience in security services.
