   • Ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the branch opens to conduct perimeter patrols.
   • Perform a thorough check around the premises for any suspicious activity before the branch opens.
   • Maintain high vigilance and ensure your surroundings are secure before and after the branch’s operating hours.
   • Ensure the proper functioning of communication tools like two-way radios, panic buttons, and earpieces before starting your shift.
2. Branch Surveillance and Observation:
   • Conduct regular floor walks during operating hours to ensure everything is in order.
   • Check that all security protocols are in place, including checking and validating observation forms.
   • Monitor both inside and outside the premises, including parking areas, entrances, and back areas.
3. Guest and Vehicle Management:
   • Guide traffic flow and ensure the free movement of foot traffic and vehicles around the premises.
   • Operate the scanning system at the entrance to ensure only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
   • Ensure that no bags, weapons, or illegal substances enter the premises.
   • Maintain discipline by ensuring that no individuals under 18 years of age are allowed on the premises.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
   • As the first point of contact for customers, VIP Officers must greet guests warmly with “Good day, welcome to Hollywood.”

6. Code of Conduct:
