Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Premises Safety:
   • Conduct perimeter patrols before the branch opens.
   • Observe suspicious activities and report irregularities.
   • Perform floor walks to ensure order during business hours.
   • Minimize risks by controlling access points and monitoring parking areas.
2. Guest Service Excellence:
   • Greet guests with professionalism and a smile: “Good day, welcome to Hollywood!”
   • Provide a high level of customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints.

3. Compliance and Security Measures:
   • Be vigilant when scanning individuals entering the premises, including team members.
   • Ensure all equipment, including two-way radios and panic buttons, is in working condition.
   • Maintain the highest standards of safety by following protocols regarding bags, alcohol, and other prohibited items.
4. Team Coordination:
   • Work closely with branch managers and senior team leaders to ensure security measures are in place during opening and closing.
   • Participate in branch meetings and assist with daily reports and alarm testing.
5. Physical and Mental Preparedness:
   • Maintain physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
   • Stay alert at all times to identify potential threats or irregular activities.
   • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Minimum Requirements

• PSIRA Registration: Must be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA).
• Previous Security Experience: Experience in a similar security role is essential.
