    Key Responsibilities

    • Video Production: Create how-to videos focused on building operations, HR processes, and IT issues using provided content.
    • Tool Utilization: Use screen recording software, presentation tools, and video editing software to produce high-quality videos.
    • Additional Content: Capture additional photographs if needed to enhance the videos.
    • Collaboration: Work with staff to ensure the videos are clear, engaging, and informative.

    Qualifications

    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with a strong command of both written and spoken communication.
    • Experience: Demonstrated experience in video production and editing, showcasing a robust portfolio of completed projects that highlight expertise in creating high-quality visual content.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with a range of video editing software, including industry-standard programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Experience with screen recording tools, presentation software like PowerPoint or Keynote, and a good understanding of video formats and resolutions is essential.
    • Creative Abilities: Advanced skills in scripting and storyboarding, with a proven ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible video content. The role requires creativity in presenting information in a compelling manner, ensuring that the final product effectively communicates the intended message to the audience.
