    Purpose of the Role:

    The Library Assistant will provide crucial information resources and equipment services, ensuring clients have access to library resources and addressing general inquiries effectively.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Option 1: Grade 12 with three years of relevant experience.
    • Option 2: A three-year degree or equivalent qualification with two years of relevant experience.

    Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

    • Library Delivery Methods: Understanding various methods and channels for library service delivery.
    • Information Resource Identification: Ability to identify and source information resources effectively.
