- Stock Release and Blocking: Physically and digitally releasing and blocking raw materials on SAP systems.
- Allergen Management: Ensuring correct stock allocation and allergen management through proper inspection and tracking.
- Line-Side Issuance and Returns Inspection: Verifying that materials are correctly labelled and managed before issuance to production lines and inspecting returns.
