Key Responsibilities of a Learnership Candidate

- Working a minimum of 120 hours in a store environment.

- Helping customers find the products they need.
- Arranging merchandise according to MBP (Merchandising by Principles).
- Handling payments and purchases using the store’s POS system.
- Assisting in opening new customer accounts.
- Helping reduce stock losses and maintaining inventory control.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Keeping the store environment safe and secure for customers and staff.
Requirements
To qualify for this exciting learnership, you must:
