    Key Responsibilities of a Learnership Candidate

    As a participant in this programme, your duties will include:

    • Working a minimum of 120 hours in a store environment.
    • Gaining essential knowledge of retail and customer service.
    • Preparing for regular assessments and completing logbooks.
    • Helping customers find the products they need.
    • Arranging merchandise according to MBP (Merchandising by Principles).
    • Handling payments and purchases using the store’s POS system.
    • Assisting in opening new customer accounts.
    • Helping reduce stock losses and maintaining inventory control.
    • Building strong relationships with customers.
    • Keeping the store environment safe and secure for customers and staff.

    Requirements

    To qualify for this exciting learnership, you must:

    • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
