    Requirements

    To qualify for this Transport Officer Vacancy, candidates must meet the following requirements:

      • Educational Qualification: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
      • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Fleet, or Transport Management
      • Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license (Code B or higher)

    As a Transport Officer, your responsibilities will include:

    • Supplying the Transportation System: Ensuring the effective operation of GG automobiles within the division, cooperating with Government Garage and Authorized Dealers.
    • Management of Departmental Pool Vehicles: Confirming the accuracy of travel authorizations and associated paperwork.
    • Organizing Transportation Affairs: Supporting the formulation of divisional policy and protocols pertaining to transportation and fleet management issues and their implementation.
    • Overseeing Effectiveness: Establishing work timetables and allocations for all responsibilities and activities, supervising and ensuring the quality of work.

    Skills
