Transnet Young Professional-in-Training (LLB) Objective:

  • Position Purpose: Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy seeks dynamic, recently qualified graduates for a two-year programme aimed at providing structured learning and organizational support.
  • Program Duration: The programme spans 24 months, focusing on offering relevant workplace experience.

Transnet Young Professional-in-Training (LLB) Position Outputs:

  • Perform specific tasks within a designated work-stream or department.
  • Shadow various staff members and participate in structured learning experiences.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and gain exposure to different functions within procurement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Act as the primary contact point for supplier and end-user queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, conduct research, and provide support as required.
  • Receive work instructions from Mentors or Specialists to structure project requirements effectively.

Requirements:
