    Requirements for Application

    Minimum Requirements:

    To apply for the Trainee Accountant Programme, candidates must:

    • Have a Grade 12 (NQF 4) qualification.
    • Have completed or be in the final year of completing a Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA), recognized by SAICA as a prerequisite for admission to the Initial Assessment of Competence (IAC) in January 2025.
    • Have 0 – 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Be residents of Johannesburg.

    Remuneration

    Participants in the Trainee Accountant Programme will receive a basic salary of R31 462.75 (including benefits), with placement at the ACA Training Office located in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
