As a part of the Sales Internship in the Supply Processing, the intern will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks including:
- Executing all necessary SAP stock movements for the Supply department, encompassing Shipping, Pipeline, and In-tank movements.
- Conducting control, analysis, and reconciliation of Supply and Natref dispatch stock on SAP, specifically focusing on T-plants.
- Performing monthly reconciliation and clearing of the Natref dispatch plant.

- Managing end-to-end administration processes for customer and dealer cards, including creation, printing, blacklisting, and renewals, while adhering to internal and group procedures.
- Investigating and resolving daily queries from customers, dealers, Total Customer Care agents, and those logged on SALSA, aiming to excel in customer service.
- Capturing manual transactions performed by TotalEnergies Card Merchants onto the Tomcard System within 24 business hours.
