Role Responsibilities

4. Supply Processing Intern

Required Qualification/s:

Candidates must have a degree in Supply Chain Management and less than 1 year of experience, making this role ideal for recent graduates or those newly entering the field.

Role Responsibilities:

As a part of the Sales Internship in the Supply Processing, the intern will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks including:

  • Executing all necessary SAP stock movements for the Supply department, encompassing Shipping, Pipeline, and In-tank movements.
  • Conducting control, analysis, and reconciliation of Supply and Natref dispatch stock on SAP, specifically focusing on T-plants.
  • Performing monthly reconciliation and clearing of the Natref dispatch plant.
  • Ensuring that EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is accurately referenced for all relevant processing on Supply plants.
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in stock balances that emerge from daily reconciliations.
  • Handling the processing of all Supply Operational expenditure on the Ariba system.
  • Capturing financial debit and credit notes accurately on SAP.
  • Assisting with the monthly reconciliation of OOC’s (Out of Control Situations) and ensuring customer accounts are prepared for payment.
  • Aiding in the checking of OOC and Transnet Pipeline reconciliation.
  • Tracking and reporting on weekly open sales orders and purchase orders through weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

5. Engineering Intern

  • Required Qualification/s: A degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

Role Responsibilities:

As an engineering Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency and safety of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring constant adherence and compliance with company HSE and security standards, local by-laws, standards, and legislations to protect company assets, life, and the environment.
  • Stopping operations in the event of an emergency.
  • Reporting at least 2 Near Misses monthly.
  • Halting any activity that poses a potential risk of accident or product nonconformity.

6. Card Intern

Required Qualification/s:

  • National Diploma in Financial Management


As a Card Admin Intern, you will be integral to the administration and operational excellence of TotalEnergies’ Card and Mobility Offerings. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end administration processes for customer and dealer cards, including creation, printing, blacklisting, and renewals, while adhering to internal and group procedures.
  • Investigating and resolving daily queries from customers, dealers, Total Customer Care agents, and those logged on SALSA, aiming to excel in customer service.
  • Capturing manual transactions performed by TotalEnergies Card Merchants onto the Tomcard System within 24 business hours.
  • Analyzing daily Card anomaly reports and communicating issues to customers for successful systematic transactions.
  • Managing cash accounts daily and assisting with financial controls for customers.
  • Investigating errors and missing receipts on card balances, ensuring transactions are correctly sequenced for accurate Priority Control 2 (Trial balance).
  • Maintaining good record-keeping of customer requests related to cards (new, hot listing, and instructions of limit movements).
  • Ensuring client card records are validated and updated, including quarterly reviews with clients.
  • Accurately calculating, capturing, and publishing monthly Card pricing on the Tomcard Systems as per internal procedure.
