    Responsibilities

    As a Telesales Consultant (B2B) at Talksure, you will:

    • Market and Sell: Proactively market and sell mobile and data solutions to new business clients in the Roodepoort area.
    • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients and build relationships to expand the customer base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Use CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities and maintain solid relationships with both new and existing clients.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Work in a target-driven environment to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and support.

    Minimum Requirements

    To be considered for this exciting role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

    • Educational Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
    • Experience: A minimum of 12 months of telesales experience within an outbound call centre environment.
    • Technical Skills: A solid understanding of mobile and data solutions is a must.
    • Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Own Cell Phone: Candidates must have their own cell phone to conduct business-related calls.
