Position Summary
This role involves the assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced process measurement instruments at various plant locations worldwide.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications: National Diploma; completed apprenticeship/work-integrated learning; passed trade test.
- Driver’s License: Code EB, to be obtained within 6 months of appointment.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Follow standard procedures to install, commission, and maintain Mintek equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues using circuit diagrams.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mintek’s safety standards and client SHEQ procedures; assist with safety inspections.
- Improvement Recommendations: Suggest enhancements to work practices and safety procedures.
- Technical Tasks: Assemble, test, and calibrate advanced measurement instruments; troubleshoot equipment issues with minimal guidance.
- Documentation & Administration: Complete trip documentation and adhere to project administration procedures.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with the development team and share expertise with colleagues.
