Job Overview
As a Survey Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping Engen measure and improve supply chain efficiencies. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Communication
- Engage with the business and team leaders (TLs) to fully understand the project requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity around customer requirements and reporting expectations.
- Communicate survey results and data to team leaders effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
2. Survey Creation & Management
- Draft clear, concise, and unambiguous survey questions.
- Convert survey drafts into an online format using tools like SurveyMonkey, ensuring ease of participation and data collection.
- Prepare surveys and manage them throughout the entire process, from creation to data entry.
3. Survey CSI (Customer Satisfaction Indicator)
- Work with survey feedback to develop comprehensive reports on customer satisfaction.
- Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) based on survey results, enabling decision-making in business strategy and improvements.
4. Data Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and analyze survey results, translating them into actionable data in Excel.
- Develop reports from survey results and provide meaningful insights that align with business objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to meet critical deadlines, without compromising accuracy.
- Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders and make recommendations based on data findings.
5. Talent Management & Survey Agent Performance
- Collect and evaluate survey agent performance data, ensuring that individual results are accurate and aligned with overall survey outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer experience.
- At least 1 year of data analysis experience.
- Awareness of industry trends, business processes, and how these affect customer and business outcomes.
Advantageous:
- A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field would be beneficial.
