    Responsibilities

    As an ELD Intern at Siemens Energy, your day will involve:

    • Working with different global program managers responsible for Executive Leadership Programs.
    • Participating in global business schools’ meetings and project planning.
    • Engaging in student initiatives, such as global networking events.
    • Assisting with briefing senior business leaders during lecturing sessions.
    • Participating in brainstorming sessions and taking notes for programs.
    • Increasing the efficiency of student engagement and resolving queries.
    • Coordinating programs and storing resources for easy access by program managers.

    Additional Responsibilities

    As an ELD Intern, you will:

    • Assist with program activities, organize meetings, and take and store minutes.

    • Provide support to Leadership development programs for other ELD program managers.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • A recent degree in HR or Industrial Psychology.
    • A keen interest in Talent Management/Leadership Development.
    • Less than two years of work experience.
    • A willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Problem-solving skills and creativity.
    • The ability to get things done efficiently.
