Responsibilities
As an ELD Intern at Siemens Energy, your day will involve:
- Working with different global program managers responsible for Executive Leadership Programs.
- Participating in global business schools’ meetings and project planning.
- Engaging in student initiatives, such as global networking events.
- Assisting with briefing senior business leaders during lecturing sessions.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and taking notes for programs.
- Increasing the efficiency of student engagement and resolving queries.
- Coordinating programs and storing resources for easy access by program managers.

Additional Responsibilities
As an ELD Intern, you will:
- Assist with program activities, organize meetings, and take and store minutes.
- Continuously update program plans and progress reports.

- Provide support to Leadership development programs for other ELD program managers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A recent degree in HR or Industrial Psychology.
- A keen interest in Talent Management/Leadership Development.
- Less than two years of work experience.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills and creativity.
- The ability to get things done efficiently.
