- Assisting in the development and review of strategic plans and frameworks.
- Conducting research on policy matters and drafting reports.
- Supporting performance evaluations for SHRA programs.
- Providing general administrative assistance.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess:
- A Grade 12 certificate.
- A qualification in Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Research, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Graphic Design Intern
The Marketing and Communications Unit seeks a Graphic Design Intern to enhance SHRA’s messaging through creative content. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Developing visual content such as infographics, animations, and digital materials.
- Supporting the branding and production of both printed and online communication materials.
- Managing social media content by creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
- Assisting in the development of multimedia content, including videos and photographs.
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 certificate.
- A recognized three-year bachelor’s degree or national diploma (NQF 7) in Graphic Design or Multimedia.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver).
- Skills in audio-visual editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Pro Tools, Audacity).
- Familiarity with HTML, motion graphics, and animation.
Stipend and Duration
Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of R10,500 for the 24-month internship period. These positions require no prior work experience, making them ideal for fresh graduates eager to launch their careers.
